Stephanie Villafuerte, Esq., Executive Director

Stephanie Villafuerte serves as the Executive Director of the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center. The Children’s Law Center is a 32-year-old nonprofit organization that provides legal advocacy and representation for victims of child abuse.

Ms. Villafuerte has practiced law for 22 years and dedicated her practice to improving the plight of Colorado’s abused and neglected children. She lectures both statewide and nationally on child maltreatment issues and has received awards for her contributions to the field including being named by the Colorado District Attorney's Council as "Prosecutor of the Year-2005" and as “Outstanding Lawyer of the Year” in 2011 by the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association.
